Exchange & Return Policy
We have a no questions asked hassle free easy refund or exchange policy. Buyer can place refund or exchange request within 5 days of the date of receipt of the Product.
Following terms and conditions would be applicable:-
- Product should be unused and unwashed and there should not be any perfume/ deodorant/ washing powder smell.
- Product should be free of any stains (make-up, food, pen marks, etc.).
- Brand tag, size tag, original packaging material should not have been damaged or discarded.
- The accessories, if any, delivered with the product should be returned along with the product, in an undamaged condition.
- Though it would be highly unlikely, however; in case you receive a defective / wrong/ damaged product, please notify the same to us within 24 hours of receiving the same at klart.sales@gmail.com along with the images of the product you received. If we found that the request raised by the buyer is genuine and correct, we will get back to you and will arrange the reverse pickup of the products. This process usually takes 4-5 days of receiving the request. We assure you that we would replace your product or provide you full refund in such a case.
- The size exchange request would only be entertained for same style / colour of the product and not for some other item or colour.
- Once the exchange request is placed, product is likely to be picked up by our reverse-logistics partner within 24-48 hours. It usually takes 7-10 working days to complete the exchange request post placing a request.
- As we outsource the courier delivery and reverse pick up services, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the buyer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the buyer location, as these charges are two-way; we request our buyers to pay for one way charge i.e. ₹100/-flat. In case wrong, damaged or defective product is sent by us, this will not be charged.
Process for placing the request for order refund or exchange: Please send an email to klart.sales@gmail.com along with your order ID and we will take care of the rest.
- Refund
- For online payment: Klart shall initiate a process of refund to its original source of payment (credit card, Paytm, bank accounts etc) post receipt of the Product and satisfactory quality checks. Typically, it takes around 2-3 days for money to get credited back in the account post refund initiation by us.
- For payment made through cash on delivery mode: Klart shall refund the money to Buyer’s account as a gift card / store credit.
- It is clarified that the refund entitled to a buyer shall not include COD or shipping charges, if applicable, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery.
Klart reserves the right to alter and change this Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to the buyer.
